Bitcoin has just dropped 5% and finally the moment you were waiting for has arrived to take advantage and buy some more satoshis. However, you didn’t notice the opportunity. When you enter the App it has already bounced back up strongly. Bad luck? No.

Now you can set your price alerts in the Bit2Me App to alert you when you want, where you want, and with the price variation you want to act in those moments that you had marked in red in your cryptocurrency purchase plan. There will be nothing to stop you.

How can you set up a price alert?

It’s very simple, just follow these steps:

  • Enter the Bit2Me App and in the left menu go to “Price alert” under “Operational”.
  • You can activate the different types of alerts by default:
    • General: about Bitcoin, Ethereum and B2M.
    • Portfolio: for the coins you own
    • Your favorites
  • You can set it to alert you when the price changes by 5%, 10% or 15%. For example, if Ethereum is at 3000€ and goes up 10% to 3300, the alert will notify you immediately. If the opposite happens and it goes down 10% to 2700€, the same thing will happen. This way, you will never miss your market entry and exit opportunities.

Create your own customized alert

In addition to these three types of pre-configured alerts, you can also create your own alerts with the variations you want.

To do so, click on “Create alert” and then choose the cryptocurrency where you want to configure it. The first thing you have to do is to choose the price of activation of the alert, either when its price goes up or when its price goes down.

Finally, configure whether you only want to be alerted once when the activation price is reached or if, on the contrary, you want it to be recurrent and alert you every time the activation price is reached (we recommend this option to be always aware).

Click on create alert and ready, your new alert will appear in your “Price Alerts” screen and will be ready to jump when the time comes so you don’t miss the opportunity you had considered with your favorite cryptocurrency.
