August has been a standout month for Bit2Me, marked by strategic partnerships that strengthen our position in the European crypto ecosystem.

One of the most significant milestones was obtaining the MiCA license from the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) to operate as a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP). This achievement makes us the first Spanish-speaking fintech to receive this recognition and opens the door to high-impact strategic collaborations.

Among these partnerships, the most notable are:

  • Tether Ventures, the independent investment arm of Tether – the largest company in the digital assets industry and issuer of the world’s most capitalized stablecoin, USDT – which has acquired a stake in Bit2Me and is leading a €30 million investment round.

  • Internxt, which has partnered with Bit2Me to accept crypto payments and create its own Bitcoin reserve. Through this collaboration, Internxt will allow its clients to pay with Bitcoin and other digital assets, aligning with the growing demand for digital privacy and sovereignty. All crypto payments will be stored with Bit2Me, reinforcing the Valencian startup’s push for broader crypto adoption.

Below is a summary of our August activities and how we continue working to bring the world of crypto closer to more people every day.
