Today, I want to share a secret that will help you get the most out of your B2M tokens in Earn and earn additional rewards: the new B2M locking system.
B2M locking lets you secure a super APY in exchange for committing to B2M and locking your tokens for a longer period.
This way, you'll get the BEST possible APY, which is calculated based on your Space Center level and the locking period you choose, using the classic Farming Pool, with a maximum amount of 250 million B2M tokens to be distributed among B2M Holders.
🗓️ The available periods for locking your tokens are:
- 3 months, with a maximum APY of 14,03%.
- 6 months, with a maximum APY of 16,65%.
- 12 months, with a maximum APY of 20,7%.
To give you an idea of the benefits of this system, let's look at a practical example: How many rewards would you get if you locked 60,000 B2M split across the three locking periods (3, 6, and 12 months)?
As you see in the example, you can combine the different blocking periods to get the most out of your B2Ms and as there is no minimum amount, you are free to configure your blocks as you wish.
In addition, you can now also manage your blocks with much more flexibility:
✅ You can add new funds to an active lock pool without resetting the timer. For example, if your 6-month pool has 20 days left and you decide to add more B2M, the unlocking will still happen in 20 days.
🔁 You can also move funds from other pools of shorter duration or from the flexible pool, without going through your Wallet. For example, you can transfer B2Ms from the 3-month pool to the 12-month pool, but not the other way around.
