What is a POAP?
Proof Of Attendance Protocol (POAP) is a protocol that creates collectible digital badges through the use of blockchain technology, or in other words, they are ERC-721 tokens created to celebrate and record attendance at an event.
One of the most interesting things is that each POAP is unique and the only way to get one is to attend the specific event.
What are they used for?
Their main function is to provide event organisers with a new way to engage and interact with their community. POAP collectors have the opportunity to mark their life experiences through POAPs and even exchange them for others.

Where do you get them?

They function as verifiable proof that they were part of that event at the time it happened.
