The B2Me Token is considered a utility token. As it is a utility token, it does not require authorisation for its issuance by the CNMV (National Securities Market Commission).
The Bit2Me ICO is not an issuance of a financial instrument or negotiable security and, therefore, does not have to be approved by the CNMV, since the CNMV is only competent to approve the issuance of tokens that are financial instruments or securities.
