Madrid, November 12, 2021 – The Spanish company Bit2Me, a leader in the international cryptocurrency sector, has just announced the launch of the Bit2Me Card. It is a Mastercard debit card that will allow payments in both cryptocurrencies and euros in all establishments that accept Mastercard. Bit2Me will convert cryptocurrencies into fiat money, which can be spent at any terminal that accepts Mastercard worldwide. The currency will therefore enter the Mastercard network as traditional fiat currency.
Bit2Me users with the Bit2Me Card will be able to pay for their purchases with any of the 69 cryptocurrencies that the Spanish company offers on its virtual currency platform.
Bit2Me intends to increase its offering of virtual currencies, to 200 currencies, before the end of the year; demonstrating the potential of both the platform itself and the new Mastercard debit card.
The Bit2Me Card is scheduled to be launched by the end of this year. Its use is not limited to Spanish territory, but is born with a strong international audience in mind since it can be used in any establishment in the world that accepts Mastercard. As for the issuance of the card, for the time being it will only be issued to Bit2Me users in the European Union.
With this launch, Bit2Me offers consumers freedom of choice when paying. This card also meets a growing demand from users who wish to make payments with cryptocurrencies with the greatest of guarantees. Bit2Me Card has been developed with rigorous quality and security standards.

A project in which Baldomero Falcones, who recently joined the Bit2Me team as Senior Advisor, has played a key role. Falcones was worldwide Chairman of Mastercard between 2002 and 2006, Chairman of FCC and Chief Operating Officer at Banco Santander. He is also co-founder of the venture capital firm Magnum Industrial Partners.
